Police have finally charged the pervert who has abused thousands of children in nightmarish acts of horror for many years. But Kashmir's judicial system leaves much to be desired and so the victims, those willing to speak out, have determined that they need an outside lawyer to prosecute their case.
This blog has reported on thousands of pedophiles over the past few years, some of them unbelievably horrific. But there are very few who can compare with the 'Holy man' who appears to channel demons as he rapes several children night after night.
