German court rejects Iraqi's appeal over murder of teen
by THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
BERLIN — A German federal court said Tuesday it has thrown out a rejected Iraqi asylum-seeker’s appeal against his conviction for raping and murdering a 14-year-old local girl.
Ali Bashar was convicted by the Wiesbaden state court in July following a four-month trial in a case that fueled tensions over migration. The court ruled there was a “particular severity of guilt,” meaning that he likely won’t be released after 15 years as is common in Germany.
Bashar, who was 21 at the time of the killing, was convicted of assaulting and murdering Susanna Feldman in Wiesbaden in May 2018.
Bashar and his family abruptly left a home for asylum applicants in Germany after the killing, and he was later arrested by Kurdish forces in Iraq, handed over to German police officers and flown back to Germany. Bashar is believed to have arrived in Germany in October 2015.
The Federal Court of Justice said it threw out Bashar’s appeal in an April 28 ruling. Among other objections to his conviction, he had argued that his return from Iraq constituted a “procedural impediment.”
Former sex offender convicted of murder
and two rapes in Härnösand, SWE
This weekend a Swedish teenager was murdered in Härnösand. On Tuesday afternoon, a 22-year-old African migrant arrested for probable cause was suspected of murder, serious rape, rape, serious illegal threats and serious abuse.
It was early Sunday morning that 19-year-old Tommie Lindh was stabbed in an apartment in Härnösand when, according to information in social media, he tried to intervene and stop a rape against a female acquaintance.
Tommy Lindh and his suspected murderer
According to Chamber Prosecutor Stina Sjöqvist, the suspected murderer must have committed two rapes against the same woman.
The district court mitigated them
The suspected rapist's load register in Sweden shows that he has previously been convicted in Ångermanland district court for sexual assault against a minor Swedish girl. During his time in Sweden he was also convicted of shoplifting and drug offenses.
Society News has taken note of the verdict where it can be read that the course of events was "drawn out" by repeatedly holding and pushing the girl against a wall and pawing at her breasts and abdomen. Furthermore, he has also licked the girl in the face.
The court found that at the time of the crime, the migrant was so young, 18 years old, that guardianship was the appropriate punishment.
The murdered boy was AfS sympathizer
According to information circulating in social media, Tommie sympathized with the Nationalist Party Alternative for Sweden (AfS). On Tuesday evening, the party published a message in which they send condolences to the family.
Furthermore, the party criticizes politicians in the country who are believed to bear a partial responsibility for the murder of Tommie.
Not to mention the rapes of countless young girls at the hands of migrants who believe they have a right to, under Islam.
Sweden: 17-y/o girl beheaded
by Muslim ex-boyfriend
..
Caution: Gruesome details follow:
BY BTNEWS · MAY 18, 2020A 17-year-old Swedish girl was beheaded by her Muslim ex-boyfriend after breaking up with him.
Wilma Andersson, 17, disappeared on November 14 last year after visiting her ex-boyfriend in the town of Uddevella, between Gothenburg and Oslo.
The rest of Wilma’s body has yet to be found.
Her Muslim ex-boyfriend Tishko Ahmed Shabaz was arrested at the time and has now been charged with her murder, which he denies. Police found a ‘body part’, which was later revealed to be her head.
The 23-year-old Iraqi ‘refugee’ who took up Swedish citizenship in 2014 is accused of beheading Wilma when she went to collect her belongings, before wrapping her head in foil and hiding it in a travel bag at his home.
Police say they found blood on the floor of his flat and ‘traces of Wilma’ on a large kitchen knife.
An unnamed police chief said: “The suspect has retained a body part for an unknown reason and got rid of the rest of the body.”
‘We want to find our daughter and sister. It is completely inhumane that we go through so please do not stop looking for Wilma,’ her mother Linda told Swedish media.
The accused had already been arrested when the grim discovery was made and has been in custody ever since.
His trial begins on May 26.
11 y/o girl and family shocked by assignment at
‘very religious’ school
The Archbishop Sentamu Academy in Hull, a Church of England school, has come under fire after asking students aged 11 to 14-years-old to “define” a number of terms in a homework project, including “hardcore,”“soft,”“transgender” and “revenge” pornography, and to answer questions about “wet dreams,” sex trafficking and female genital mutilation, among other things. While the assignment was part of a sex education lesson, one mother says the material was wildly inappropriate for her 11-year-old, insisting it may have “scarred her for life.”
“My daughter is still very much a child, we've still got magic elves, her bedroom is done in My Little Pony. She is very innocent and naive,” the mother, who asked to be identified only as Mrs Taylor, told local media.
She was only in primary school last year living her best life, now she is being asked to search for hardcore pornography.

A school in Hull gave out homework to children aged between 11 and 14 that asked them to define ‘drag queens’, ‘hardcore porn’ and what appears to be ‘transgender pornography’. But of course, the sexualisation of children is just a ‘far right conspiracy’. Homeschool your kids.
Though Taylor said she believes sex-ed is generally “good for the kids” and doesn’t mind her daughter taking the course, she draws the line at “things that would destroy her mind,” noting that the students “have been told to use Google and she would have searched it. I did Google hardcore porn and some of the images that came up [were] quite disturbing.” She has now taken up the issue with the school, which she described as “very religious.”
“I got in touch with the school. I had a few choice words, I was fuming and I said point blank she is not doing it, she wants to be out the lesson. I am disgusted with it,” Taylor went on, asking “How would they define that in school if they were not off? How would they have done that lesson when it's against the law?”
Hoping to tackle the controversy, school principal Chay Bell has extended an apology to Taylor and other parents who felt the homework crossed the line, explaining that students were not meant to look up the topics on the internet.
“I am genuinely sorry if parents or students have unnecessarily researched any of these phrases and for any offence caused,” Bell said, adding that the school will review future assignments to ensure they are “fully age appropriate” and strive to make parents aware of any “potentially sensitive content.”
With British students learning from home under a nationwide shutdown to stem the spread of Covid-19, parents are getting a better glimpse into what their children are doing in class, but the incident at the academy has left Taylor suspicious, wondering if other X-rated school work has escaped her notice.
“Now it's making me think what they are learning about at school that we don’t know about,” she said. “We only know about this because they're home learning.”

Edmonton man charged with second-degree murder in stabbing death of seven y/o girl
Janice Johnston · CBC NewsAn Edmonton man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of seven-year-old Bella Rose Desrosiers, court records show.
David Michael Moss, 34, was scheduled to make his first court appearance before Edmonton provincial court judge Elizabeth Johnson on Wednesday morning, but court documents show he was in custody and did not appear before the judge.
According to court records, Moss has no prior criminal convictions. His next scheduled court appearance is Friday morning.
In a release, police said an autopsy completed Wednesday confirmed the girl's cause of death as sharp force injury.
Moss is an Edmonton tattoo artist. Sources have told CBC News he is married and has young children.
The victim's mother, Melissa Desrosiers, described Moss as a friend and said he was having a personal crisis on Monday.
According to police, that evening Moss was visiting with the mother at her Mill Woods home. She told CBC News she convinced Moss to get help and brought him into her home. She said she planned to take him to the hospital either Monday night or Tuesday.
Police were called to her Mill Woods home at 8:45 p.m. after a reported stabbing.
Melissa Desrosiers told CBC News she was putting her daughters to bed when Moss suddenly lunged into the bedroom with a pair of scissors.
"It was reported that Moss stabbed the child in front of her mother. The mother tried to intervene and attempted CPR until paramedics arrived on scene," police said in a news release.
"The girl was pronounced deceased at the scene."
Police said they arrested Moss at the scene that night without incident.
We might applaud the mother's desire to help her friend, but his crisis, whether drug-induced or mental-derangement, made him a threat to her children and herself. More caution is needed by parents with small children with regard to whom they allow into their house.
Four in Medicine Hat, Alta, charged with
child exploitation offences
By Chris Brown (CHAT News Today)
MEDICINE HAT, ALTA – Four Medicine Hat residents have been charged with child exploitation offences following arrests made by ALERT’s Internet Child Exploitation unit.
“Sadly, our ICE unit has been inundated with cases involving online child exploitation during the COVID-19 pandemic. While people are spending more time online, I can’t emphasize enough the need to implement safe internet practices and know-how in order to protect our children,” said Supt. Dwayne Lakusta, ALERT CEO.
ICE’s investigation stems from the suspects’ alleged involvement in online child exploitation. The arrests took place between May 12 and 14, 2020, with the help of Medicine Hat Police Service.
ALERT says there is no definitive link between the suspects other than the nature of offences allegedly committed. Each of the following is charged with at least one child pornography offence:
Thomas Bindr, a 27-year-old man;
Blaine Vadnais, a 78-year-old man;
Jeremy Unruh, a 43-year-old man;
Owen Michael Monteith, a 34-year-old man.
None of the accused were deemed to work in professions of trust and/or authority, says ALERT, adding a total of 43 computers and devices were seized. ICE will continue its investigation by conducting a full forensic analysis.
ICE is an integrated team that includes members of Calgary Police, Lethbridge Police, and Medicine Hat Police, and RCMP members. ICE investigates offences involving child pornography, any computer-related child sexual abuse, child luring over the Internet, voyeurism involving victims under the age of 18, and child sex trade/tourism.
Anyone with information about this investigation, or any child exploitation offence is encouraged to contact local police or cybertip.ca.
Boy, 16, among 27 arrested over child sexual
exploitation in Bradford
Those arrested are all males between the ages of 16 and 57 and were from different addresses across the city.
Emily Mee, news reporter, Sky
WEST YORKSHIRE
Twenty-seven people, including a 16-year-old boy, have been arrested in connection with online child sexual exploitation in Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police said safeguarding measures have been put in place for 26 children following reports of people suspected of being in possession of indecent material or trying to contact children.
Those arrested were all males between the ages of 16 and 57 and were from different addresses across the city.
They have since been released under investigation or bailed pending further inquiries.
More than 60 devices have been seized for further investigation.
Detective Chief Inspector Alan Weekes said: "Targeted operations like these demonstrate that we take the online sexual exploitation of children in Bradford district seriously and that we will take action against offenders and safeguard those children they have attempted to exploit."
He also warned parents to regularly monitor their children's devices, especially now that many are spending more time at home.
Adrian Farley, executive member for children and families at Bradford Metropolitan District Council, added: "It's a good result that the police have made these arrests.
"It sends out a strong message to anyone thinking of committing these sorts of crimes that grooming children online will not be tolerated, particularly at this time when children are spending more time online because of the coronavirus lockdown.
"It also shows that when partners and the public let the police know of potential offences, action can and will be taken."
The arrests follow an announcement by the National Crime Agency (NCA) that more than 120 cases of Zoom calls being hacked by strangers showing images of child abuse are being investigated.
The practice is said to have increased during the coronavirus pandemic as more people turn to video calls to talk to friends and colleagues.
