Newly unsealed court documents from numerous court cases detail just some of the sexual misdeeds allegedly carried out by Jeffrey Epstein and his former madam Ghislaine Maxwell with groups of underage girls.

Some 112 court documents, amounting to thousands of pages of evidence, were unsealed and released on Wednesday night, including testimony accusing Maxwell of preying on victims and forcing them to perform sexual acts for her and Epstein’s amusement.

In one of the records, Maxwell was accused of stealing a 15-year-old “slave’s” passport, after she refused to have sex with Epstein. The British socialite also reportedly “used sex toy in threesome with accuser.”

Maxwell, 59, was also accused by Epstein’s housekeeper of being present at the mansion where at least 100 girls arrived and performed sexual massages on the convicted pedophile over a period of 10 years.

The documents say Epstein also “watched Maxwell direct a room full of underage girls to kiss, dance, and touch one another in a sexual way for [her] and Epstein to watch.”

A note referring to an underage girl visiting Epstein’s house for ‘training’ was found in a dustbin by federal agents.

Lawyers for Epstein’s most high profile victim Virginia Giuffre highlighted the damning nature of the evidence revealed in the unsealed documents.

“Now, there is actual, live testimonial evidence that [Maxwell] was a procurer of young girls for sex with Jeffrey Epstein, with whom she shared a home and a life, thus validating Ms. Giuffre’s claims,” Giuffre’s lawyers said, citing flight logs showing that Maxwell and Giuffre traveled together at least 20 times while the victim was a minor as yet more incriminating evidence.

Britain’s Prince Andrew is referenced by name in evidence given by Anthony Figueroa, Giuffre’s ex-boyfriend, who claims she was ordered to service the UK royal sexually on three separate occasions at Maxwell and Epstein’s instruction.

Maxwell claimed in a July 2016 deposition she learned of Epstein abuse claims, “like everybody else, like the rest of the world, when it was announced in the papers.”

Testimony concerning Maxwell’s sexual relations with adults remained sealed as ordered by US District Judge Loretta A Preska.

Maxwell was arrested in July 2020 for procuring and trafficking girls as young as 14 for Epstein and his friends to abuse. She has remained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since.

She has pleaded not guilty to sex-trafficking charges alleging she recruited girls for Epstein to abuse in the mid-1990s.

He “Horrifically Abused Me for Years”: Evan Rachel Wood and Other Women Make Allegations of Abuse Against Marilyn Manson

Manson’s representatives, who were not immediately available for comment, have “categorically denied” similar accusations in the past.

In the past, actor and activist Evan Rachel Wood has spoken about the alleged abuse she was subjected to by an unnamed ex. In an Instagram post early Monday morning, she put a name to the allegations.

“The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” Wood wrote. “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives. I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent.”

In a show of solidarity, at least four other women posted their own allegations against Manson, detailing harrowing experiences that they claim included sexual assault, psychological abuse, and/or various forms of coercion, violence, and intimidation. Manson has denied similar allegations in the past. His representatives were not immediately available for a comment, but his team has “categorically denied” similar accusations in the past. V.F. will update this breaking news as the story develops.

Wood, now 33 and a star of HBO’s Westworld, has said that she met shock-rocker Manson when she was 18 and he was 36. In 2018, Wood testified before a House Judiciary Subcommittee as part of an effort to get the Sexual Assault Survivors’ Bill of Rights passed in all 50 states. “My experience with domestic violence was this: Toxic mental, physical and sexual abuse which started slow but escalated over time, including threats against my life, severe gaslighting and brainwashing, waking up to the man that claimed to love me raping what he believed to be my unconscious body,” she told the subcommittee, though she did not name a perpetrator at the time.

The following year, she testified before California legislators on behalf of the Phoenix Act, legislation that altered the statute of limitations for crimes involving domestic violence.

In 2009, in an article in Spin, Manson was quoted as saying of Wood, “I have fantasies every day about smashing her skull in with a sledgehammer.” Last year, when that comment was brought up by a music journalist, a representative for Manson noted that the comment was “obviously a theatrical rock star interview promoting a new record, and not a factual account.” Wood and Manson were engaged in 2010 before breaking up.

Wow! If stuff like that sells his music, what does that say about his fans?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, in May of 2018, months after the #MeToo movement began sweeping through the entertainment industry, a police report was filed against Manson citing unspecified sex crimes that allegedly took place in 2011. In August of 2018, the Los Angeles District’s Attorney office announced that it was declining to pursue that case because of a lack of corroborating evidence. At that time, Manson’s attorney, Howard E. King, told The Hollywood Reporter that the “allegations made to the police were and are categorically denied by Mr. Warner and are either completely delusional or part of a calculated attempt to generate publicity…. Any claim of sexual impropriety or imprisonment at that, or any other, time is false.”

Here are excerpts from other statements that named Manson on Monday.

ASHLEY WALTERS

“I continue to suffer from PTSD, and struggle with depression. I stayed in touch with quite a few people who went through their own traumas, under his control. As we all struggled, as survivors do, to get on with our lives, I’d keep hearing stories disturbingly similar to our own experiences. It became clear the abuse he’s caused; he continues to inflict on so many and I cannot stand by and let this happen to others. Brian Warner needs to be held accountable.”

SARAH MCNEILLY

“I have been afraid to bring any spotlight upon myself as to avoid winding up in his crosshairs again. As a result of the way he treated me, I suffer from mental health issues and PTSD that have affected my personal and professional relationships, self-worth and personal goals. I believe he gets off on ruining people’s lives. I stand in support of all that have and all will come forward. I want to see Brian held accountable for his evil.”

ASHLEY LINDSAY MORGAN

“I have night terrors, PTSD, anxiety, and mostly crippling OCD. I try to wash constantly to get him out or off of me…. I am coming forward so he will finally stop.”

GABRIELLA

“It has taken me five years to speak out and say that I was in an abusive relationship. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and still suffer from nightmares. I blocked out a lot of the memories, but the feelings remain and manifest in various ways. The reason I’m finally sharing this traumatic experience is for my healing and because I’m done being silent. I don’t believe it’s fair for someone to not be held accountable for their horrific actions. I’m not a victim. I’m a survivor.”

In addition to his career as a musician, Manson has also worked regularly as an actor. He’s appeared in a number of films as well as television programs like American Gods, Salem, Sons of Anarchy, and The New Pope. He is also set to appear in the 2021 season of AMC’s horror anthology Creepshow. V.F. has reached out to AMC for comment regarding Manson’s participation in Creepshow.

In a 2019 interview, Wood said, “I used to think being strong was not being affected. And now, to me, being strong is letting it affect you but being able to move past it, and seeing the pain, walking through it, letting it flow through you, and then letting it leave. You can break and still be strong.”

So proud of you girls for overcoming the pain and fear and taking a stand. God bless you.

Update: The New Daily
FEBRUARY 2, 2021

Manson’s record label, Loma Vista Recordings, said that in light of the “disturbing allegations” by Wood and other women the company “will cease to further promote his current album effective immediately.”

“Due to these concerning developments, we have also decided not to work with Marilyn Manson on any future projects,” the Loma Vista statement said.

Two additional men linked to Netflix's 'Cheer' charged
in separate crimes involving minors

Two men featured in the popular Netflix docu-series “Cheer,” were arrested this week and face charges in connection with separate cases of alleged sexual misconduct involving minors.

The arrests come nearly five months after one of the series’ prominent figures, Jeremiah “Jerry” Harris (4th story on link), was charged with one count of producing child pornography after allegedly repeatedly “enticing an underage boy to produce sexually explicit photos and video of himself,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.

Additional charges were filed against Harris in December, including counts of child pornography and sex crimes, which allegedly involved four victims in Illinois, Florida and Texas.

On Wednesday, Robert Joseph Scianna Jr., who appeared in one episode of the Netflix series, was arrested and charged in Virginia with “taking indecent liberties with a child and use of an electronic communication device to solicit sex,” according to a press release from the Chesterfield County Police Department.

Police say the 25-year-old allegedly arranged to meet a young person for sex that he had met online over social media. The press release added that Scianna is currently being held in the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.

Sgt. Winfred Lewis told USA Today that Scianna had messaged someone he believed to be a 14-year-old boy on Tuesday, and on Wednesday the two had planned to meet. Lewis added that Scianna was arrested before the meeting occurred.

It was unclear as of Saturday if Scianna had an attorney, and USA Today reported that he could not be reached for comment.

Mitchell Ryan, who was previously a member of the Navarro College cheer team in Corsicana, Texas, that is featured in the Netflix show, was charged Wednesday with felony aggravated sexual assault of a child relating to an alleged incident that occurred on July 24, according to Dallas County Sheriff’s Department records.

Records indicate that Ryan was booked in the county jail Wednesday and on Friday was released on $50,000 bond, according to CNN.

The 23-year-old’s attorney, Jeremy Rosenthal, told CNN that Ryan and his family were “surprised by this arrest. There are two sides to every story and we are confident Mitch's name will be cleared,” Rosenthal added.

The attorney told USA Today, “This has been a nightmare for Mitch and his family,” and, “We look forward to Dallas County hearing the truth and this case being over."

While Ryan was previously a member of the Navarro cheer team, he is not listed on the current team’s roster.

Scianna, who has approximately 236,000 followers on Instagram, has become a celebrity in the world of cheerleading, and according to his website is a National Cheerleaders Association Champion, Majors Champion and a two-time World Champion.
