Today's USA Pervs and Pedos List > Two Migrant Stories; Sentences of 40 and 50 Years; Predator Tutor; Assorted Creeps

In January, I told my wife that Biden was going to have a huge problem with migrants within a couple of months. How could he not see this coming himself, and how could he be so utterly unprepared?

‘Health & safety nightmare’: Texas governor demands closure of migrant child facility after claims of SEXUAL ABUSE

Migrant children held at an improvised facility in San Antonio have been sexually assaulted and neglected, Texas Governor Greg Abbott said, calling on the Biden administration to shut it down and move the minors somewhere safer.

“Children at this facility are being sexually assaulted,” Abbott told reporters on Wednesday evening, outside the Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio. Moreover, complaints received by two state agencies earlier in the day also said some children weren’t being adequately fed, there wasn’t enough staff to oversee them, and that those with Covid-19 weren’t separated from the healthy ones, endangering everyone.

“In short, this facility is a health and safety nightmare,” Abbott said.

The state Health and Human Services Commission and Department of Family and Protective Services separately received tips about the facility earlier in the day, and Abbott has instructed the Department of Public Safety and the Texas Rangers to begin investigating right away.

“These problems are a byproduct of President Biden’s open-border policies and the lack of planning for the fallout” of those policies, the governor said. “The Biden administration is now presiding over the abuse of children.”

He called on the White House to “immediately” close down the facility and move the children to federally run facilities with enough “space, personnel and resources to ensure their safety.”

President Joe Biden has tried to dismiss the record number of migrants and unaccompanied minors crossing the US border illegally as a seasonal thing that has nothing to do with his revocation of his predecessor’s strict border enforcement rules. However, migrants themselves have told reporters they hoped to get legal status in the US and some even wore T-shirts that said 'Biden please let us in.'

Abbott, a Republican, blasted the Democrat administration for opening the borders and failing to plan for the influx of children “that they invited to come.”

“The Biden administration caused this crisis, and has repeatedly failed to address it,” he said. “This must end.”

Abbott said it wasn’t clear how many children had been sexually assaulted, but the authorities were concerned it could have been more than one. He called the allegations “very credible” and coming from more than one person who had been inside the facility, but could not give any more details.

Last month, the Biden administration solicited federal agencies for some 1,000 volunteers to be sent to Texas and California and help care for more than 19,000 unaccompanied minors apprehended along the border so far this year.

On Tuesday, someone at NASA shared an email calling for volunteers among the staff of the space exploration agency, suggesting that the White House was having a rough time finding volunteers among public servants.

According to preliminary Customs and Border Patrol figures shared with Reuters last week, over 171,000 migrants were picked up along the US-Mexico border in March, the highest monthly total since 2006. An estimated 1,000 people were slipping past the border guards every day, the CBP said.

Montana man gets prison in child sex abuse case

A man was sentenced to prison on Friday for sexually assaulting a child.

Jesse Ray Peters
was sentenced to 40 years at the Montana State Prison, with 20 of those years suspended, or served on probation.

Peters was 30 years old when charged in 2018.

Yellowstone County District Judge Jessica Fehr designated Peters a level-one sexual offender, at the recommendation of the forensic evaluator.

Peters admitted one count of sexual assault under an Alford plea. The plea allowed him to refrain from admitting the crime he was accused of but accepted that he would be sentenced on it.

Peters sexually assaulted a 12-year-old in 2018.

The state recommended the prison term imposed, although prosecutors sought a requirement that Peters complete the second phase of treatment in prison prior to being eligible for parole. Fehr required only that he complete the first phase.

The defense recommended 20 years with the Department of Corrections, with 15 of those years suspended. A Department of Corrections sentence allows for placement in any setting from probation to prison. The department makes the determination.

The victim testified Friday about the impact the case had on her.

The judge commended her afterward, saying she showed strength and “grace far beyond her years.”

“I don’t know that there’s anything more powerful, Mr. Peterson, than what occurred today in this courtroom,” the judge said, referring to the victim’s testimony.

More reports of child sexual abuse allegations have been made
by migrants at Expo Hall, Sheriff says
by Ahmed Sharma
Friday, April 9th 2021

SAN ANTONIO - The Bexar County Sheriff's Office confirmed Friday it is working with federal authorities regarding the sexual abuse allegations against migrant children at the Freeman Expo Hall.

In a statement, BCSO said:

"The Bexar County Sheriff's Office has received three calls for service regarding allegations of sexual abuse at the Freeman Coliseum, where the migrant children are currently being held. Currently, we are meeting with State and Federal authorities to determine the best course of action regarding the handling of the investigations.

"Furthermore, although we are not managing the detention of the children or the day to day activities, their safety and basic human rights are of the utmost concern to us."

This comes after Gov. Abbott said Wednesday there is an investigation pending accusations of child sex abuse, neglect and more at the shelter, where thousands of migrant children are currently held.

Many advocacy groups support Gov. Abbott's message after his fiery press conference, but they question the governor's timing and motivations. They say Gov. Abbott largely remained silent despite reports of widespread abuse in migrant shelters during former President Donald Trump’s administration.

Late Friday afternoon, Rep. Joaquin Castro was joined by several state lawmakers to visit the Coliseum and said they were 'proud' of the work they saw. Additionally, legislators said while they take these accusations seriously, doubled down on questioning Abbott's motivations.

“Governor Abbott made the allegations without ever going inside and visiting with the kids. The governor didn’t have the care to look these people in the face, in the eye, to see who they are and what they’re about,” Castro said. “That’s a special kind of cowardice.”

Details on the cases are not being released, according to the Sheriff's Office, however they confirmed three sexual abuse allegations have been reported since Wednesday.

An Absecon man was sentenced Friday to 17½ years in prison for his role in distributing images of child sexual abuse, acting U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig said Friday.

Carlos Santiago-Gomez, 31, pleaded guilty in 2019 to one count of distributing images of child pornography, Honig said in a news release.

On March 27, 2018, the FBI’s Atlantic City Child Exploitation Task Force searched Santiago-Gomez’s home and seized cellphones, CDs, thumb drives, hard drives and computers that contained thousands of images of child sexual abuse, Honig said.

In addition to the prison term, U.S. District Judge Robert B. Kugler sentenced Santiago-Gomez to 10 years of supervised release, Honig said.

By Space Coast Daily
April 9, 2021

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Edgar John Dawson, Jr., 47, of Cocoa, was sentenced to 50 years in federal prison for five counts of using a minor child to produce sexual abuse videos and two counts of distributing child sex abuse images over the internet.

Dawson was also ordered to register as a sex offender and to forfeit his phone. He has been in custody since his arrest on May 7, 2020.

According to court documents, on five different occasions in March 2020 and May 2020, Dawson produced videos of himself using an 11-year-old child to engage in sexually explicit conduct.

He then distributed these videos to others in internet chat rooms where persons with a sexual interest in children are known to gather.

Dawson also shared images depicting the sexual abuse of numerous young children through an online messaging application in order to obtain similar images in return.

This case was investigated by the Cocoa Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Orlando and Jacksonville and the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington D.C.

Dawson had pleaded guilty to the distribution counts on November 17, 2020. He was subsequently found guilty of the production offenses on December 8, 2020, following a bench trial.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Emily C. L. Chang and was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

After school tutor found guilty of child molestation in Bakersfield, Ca.
by Tyler Moyer, Eyewitness News
Friday, April 9th 2021

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX)A former after school tutor and teacher's aid was found guilty Thursday of child molestation.

A Kern County jury found defendant Jeremy Westheimer guilty of 2 counts of child molestation, including a lewd and lascivious act with a child under the age of 14 years and sodomy of a child under 16 years old.

Between 2009 and 2015, Westheimer sexually molested a child who he had previously tutored at an afterschool program at their apartment complex. Westheimer also had contact with the child while working as a teacher’s aide at Standard Middle School and later while living at a residence near the child’s home.

The abuse began during the period of time where Westheimer had contact with the child. Westheimer engaged in acts of masturbation, oral copulation, and sodomy with the child, who was between the ages of 12 and 15 years old.

The molestation was discovered in April 2016, when the victim came forward to report that Westheimer had committed these acts when the victim was between the ages of 10 and 15 years old.

The jury found insufficient evidence to find guilt beyond a reasonable doubt for additional charges that alleged additional sexual acts while the victim was between the ages of 10 and 11 years old.

The jury also found Westheimer not guilty of additional charges alleging sexual acts had occurred with a second child in an unrelated incident in 2015.

Sentencing is set for May 6, 2021 before Superior Court Judge John Somers. Westheimer faces a maximum sentence of 8 years and 8 months in prison and mandatory sex offender registration.

That's not long enough. The creep is a predator.
