Two Virginia women performed three-way sex shows with a dog as their jailbird boyfriend watched on video-chat, cops allege.

Police say Denise Kearney, 35, and Ashley Pinkett, 20, allegedly performed a variety of sexual acts on the dog.

Jermaine Gaye, 34, “encouraged them over the phone from the Norfolk County Jail,” according to court records.

Gaye was reportedly arrested for slamming into a police cruiser before fleeing the scene.

The trio now face multiple charges of animal cruelty after guards discovered the video chats.

According to detectives, Kearney and Pinkett had sex with Gaye’s dog in his home during the online conversations, which were reportedly monitored by authorities.

The sex happened at least six times, WKTR reported. Pinkett was also reportedly down with photographing the sick activities.

Gaye was later switched to a Virginia Beach jail after he tried to seduce an employee at the Norfolk jail.

Around April 11-12, Gaye video-chatted with Pinkett from Virginia Beach Jail while she had sex with his dog.

Gaye’s low-rent harem also tried to intimidate a witness in his other court proceedings, cops say.

Sexual assault charges

A Naperville man was arrested and charged Monday in connection with an incident a year ago in which a Naperville teen told police she was sexually assaulted by a person she met online, according to Naperville police reports.

The Naperville girl, who was between the ages of 13 and 16, told police told police she got into the car of a person she met on a social media platform about 1 a.m. June 28, 2019, and was sexually assaulted, reports said.

An investigation led to James Nead, 27, of South Parkway Drive, who was arrested Monday and charged with one felony count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving a person five or more years older than a victim aged 13 to 16.

Bond was set at $15,000.

Sexual abuse of child continued for 7 years,
charges against Ogden, Ut, man allege

By MARK SHENEFELT Standard-Examiner

OGDEN — Police arrested a 21-year-old Ogden man Tuesday on charges alleging he sexually abused a pre-teenage girl and it continued for seven years.

The alleged victim was about 13 the last time the alleged abuse occurred two years ago, the Ogden Police Department said in a probable cause statement.

The criminal case developed after the victim, now 15, was examined by a doctor. She was interviewed by police in May.

The arrest affidavit said police later interviewed Wilkerson and he allegedly admitted to having sex with the girl for seven years.

Formal charges had not been filed as of Wednesday morning.

FBI reports over 195 instances of child abuse broadcasted on Zoom

(WDVM) — The FBI is warning Zoom users of participants broadcasting videos of child abuse over the virtual meeting platform.

Now that COVID-19 has forced events to go virtual, many organizers are turning to video chat platforms like Zoom — which allows dozens of people to join in by clicking a shareable link. The FBI said in a press release that there has been over 195 reports of child sexual abuse material being broadcasted on Zoom over the past few months.

The FBI said when virtual event links are shared publicly online, it results in “a lack of vetting of approved participants.” Anyone who was exposed to the unsolicited videos can also be a victim, the agency said in its press release on May 20. If you were in a Zoom meeting when another participant broadcasted such material, here’s what the FBI recommends doing:

If you are the administrator or host of a Zoom meeting in which CSAM was broadcast, please contact the FBI; do not delete or destroy any of your computer logs without further direction.

If you recorded a Zoom meeting in which child sexual abuse material was broadcast, please contact the FBI for assistance in removing the CSAM from your device.

If you believe you are a victim of a child sexual abuse material broadcast during a Zoom event, as defined above, please contact the FBI to learn about your victim rights and possible victim assistance.
If you know who is committing these most recent egregious crimes, please contact the FBI.

To keep potential incidents like this from happening, the FBI advises to keep meetings private by requiring a password to join, and using the “waiting room feature” which allows the host to accept each guest.

The FBI also says to send links only to specific people in private messages, rather than sharing it on a public social media post. And lastly, the FBI advises changing a setting to make sure only the host can share their screen during the meeting.

If you are a victim of child sexual abuse material being broadcast during a Zoom event, please complete the brief questionnaire available at fbi.gov/ZoomCSAM. If you have information regarding the identity of any individual distributing or producing CSAM, please report it to the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324) or anonymously online at tips.fbi.gov.

Preliminary hearing scheduled for man facing
child sexual abuse felonies
By Jackson Wilde HJ

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for a Providence man accused of sexually abusing a 6-year-old.

Bryan Kent Prisbrey, 34, has been charged in 1st District Court with two first-degree counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child for incidents of alleged abuse in February.

During Prisbrey’s hearing on Monday, Cache County prosecutor Spencer Walsh said the victim’s mother was frustrated by delays in the case and requested the soonest available date for a preliminary hearing in order to move the case forward. Defense attorney Wayne Caldwell told the court an in-person date for the hearing was necessary for the defense of his client.

In an administrative order in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Utah Supreme Court Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant ordered all hearings, without “exigent circumstances,” to be conducted on the papers, or via telephone or video conferencing.

Judge Brian Cannell slated the preliminary hearing for Sept. 14.

According to an affidavit for an arrest warrant filed with the court, Cache County deputies were contacted about a sexual abuse case on Feb. 23. Deputies wrote the 6-year-old disclosed during an interview an incident of painful, inappropriate touching that had taken place two days prior.

According to the affidavit, Prisbrey was emotionally distraught when contacted by law enforcement. Deputies wrote Prisbrey said he was heavily intoxicated, more intoxicated than he had ever been before and did not remember what had occurred.

Prisbrey was arrested on Feb. 28, and was later released on $40,000 bondable bail.
