Russian sisters who were charged with murder for killing their sexually abusive father now recognized by prosecutors as victims

But murder charges still stand against girls!!!

Three Russian sisters who killed their father, claiming he had sexually abused them for years, have officially been recognized as victims, bringing them hope that the resultant murder charges will be reclassified as self-defense.

According to lawyer Alexey Parshin, who represents the Khachaturyan siblings, their deceased father will be posthumously prosecuted for torture, sexual abuse and coercion to acts of a sexual nature. Mikhail Khachaturyan was killed in July 2018.

“We have just finished reading the resolution of the investigation on the initiation of a criminal case against Mikhail Khachaturyan,”
Parshin told TASS news agency on Tuesday. “Our clients are officially recognized as victims.”

The sisters, Krestina, Angelina and Maria, were detained after their father’s body was found with multiple stab wounds to the neck and chest. They admitted to killing him, alleging he had raped them and used them as slaves.

At the end of 2019, the Investigative Committee announced charges of premeditated murder, despite discovering that they were abused. It was found that, since November 2014, Khachaturyan systematically beat them, humiliated them, threatened them with physical violence and forced them to commit sexual acts.

A few months later, the prosecutor general told investigators to drop the charges, but the order was ignored. However, despite now being recognized as victims, charges against the sisters still remain.

“If the criminal case against Mikhail goes to court, and the court finds him guilty of committing all the crimes against the girls, we will get another piece of already irrefutable evidence that the sisters acted in defense,” said Alexey Liptser, another lawyer.

The youngest of the sisters, Maria, was declared insane at the time of the killing and was sent for compulsory medical treatment. The other two are currently under house arrest. According to another lawyer for the sisters, Yaroslav Pakulin, their trial won't begin until their father's trial has ended, so it is unlikely that they will be free any time soon.

Why do the investigators insist on continuing to torture those girls? Haven't they suffered enough?

Paedophile groomed and bribed young boy with sweets, toys, and rugby boots

A judge told the defendant he had taken advantage of his vulnerable victim to satisfy his 'perverted desires' to have sex with a young boy
WalesOnline

A paedophile groomed a vulnerable young boy and subjected him to rapes and repeated sexual assaults.

Jason Evans
would ply the child with gifts including sweets, toys, and rugby boots, Swansea Crown Court heard.

Evans subjected the boy, who was under 12 at the time, to repeated sexual assaults and rapes with the offences taking place in the 2000s.

The child did not feel able to report the abuse at the time and it is only in recent years – now he himself is a father – that he went to the police.

Prosecutor John Hipkin QC read a statement from the victim in which he described the impact the abuse has had on him.

He said the sexual assaults made him an aggressive boy who got into trouble at school and he eventually left education with no qualifications. He said he went on to abuse drink and drugs, was not able to control his emotions, and ended up in trouble with the police.

The man said he still suffers flashbacks to the abuse, has regular suicidal thoughts, and has found it hard to hold down jobs but he said his family have helped him through the "dark times".

He added: "I hope Jason Evans being found guilty will be the start of my recovery but my life will never the same, it will always live with me... I hope it will be the first step in me getting on with my life."

Evans, aged 45, of Morfydd Street, Morriston, Swansea, was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault and two of rape following a trial.

Stephen Rees, for Evans, said the defendant maintained his innocence but the court would no doubt be trying to fathom why he had offended in the way he had during the period in question – offending he had not carried out before or since.

He said his client had led an industrious life and since the offending had gone on to form a stable relationship and become a father.

Facebook pervert offered schoolgirls money for topless pictures

Keiran Ali was tracked down by paedophile hunters after bombarding
five girls with depraved messages

A perverted creep admitted offering teenage girls money in exchange for topless photos during a paedophile hunter sting.

Kieran Ali, 26, struck up conversations with five girls on Facebook.

He bombarded them with depraved messages and repeatedly asked to be sent explicit photos of them despite, being told they were as young as 12.

But Ali, of Hamilton, was unaware he was talking to adult members of a paedophile hunter group pretending to be youngsters to weed out online predators.

Vigilantes tracked down Ali to a restaurant he worked in and live streamed the confrontation over Facebook.

He was arrested and bailed but later made contact again with paedophile hunters before more vigilantes turned up at his family home.

During a police interview, Ali denied sending the messages and claimed a work colleague had stolen his phone and sent them.

But he later confessed: "I should have stopped it. I have not actually slept with a 14-year-old girl."

Ali appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court and admitted sending sexual messages and images to people pretending to be children between May and December 2019.

Depute fiscal Jennifer McCabe said: "The witnesses in this case are volunteers in a paedophile vigilante group who pose as children to track down suspected paedophiles. "Witnesses identified him before approaching him and this was live streamed on Facebook.

"During an interview with police, he told them he used the name Kieran Taylor on social media and thought that 25-year-olds speaking to 14-year-olds was disgusting and that it was wrong. He said he couldn't remember sending the messages but admitted the messages had been sent from his Facebook Messenger account.

"He then said his colleague could have sent them because he was getting bullied at work, he had reported his phone missing but it had turned up the next day."

Ian Scott, defending, said: "This would appear to be a sequence of events that were quite isolated in his life and I would submit that he does not present a risk or danger to the public.

"It is not lost on him the gravity of this case and the likely disposal of it."

Sheriff Daniel Kelly QC deferred sentence on first offender Ali until next month and remanded him in custody.

He was also placed on the sex offenders' register.

Paedophile taxi driver said 'girl' could get a McDonalds in exchange for sex
..
He walked free after a court heard he lost his family, his home and his job

By Lauren Wise Court reporter, Liverpool Echo

A paedophile taxi driver said a 'girl' could get a McDonalds if she carried out sex acts.

Kevin Hughes was spared an immediate jail sentence after a court heard how he had lost his family, his home and his job.

The 60-year-old made vile comments about the acts he wanted to perform on the '12-year-old' who was actually a woman from a paedophile hunter group.

Sarah Griffin, prosecuting today at Liverpool Crown Court, explained that the messages took place between February 3 and May 27 of 2019.

The court heard Hughes used online forum Chat Hour with the username KEVSUP4 and began speaking to 'Lucy Lou', who was a woman acting on behalf of the paedophile hunter group.

While speaking to what he thought was a 12-year-old girl he claimed he was 28 and 'instigated a conversation of a sexual nature'. Ms Griffin said: "He initially asks Lucy Lou if she is curious and if she wants to talk about 'naughty things'."

The woman running the profile said that the girl lives with her aunt, to which Hughes asked "if she brings men back and if one came back what she would do if he came into her room and asked her to do something to him like 'touch his thingy'".

He stated he was "alone and naked in bed" and asked again if the girl would "touch his thing".

Ms Griffin explained that the decoy said this "wouldn't be allowed" because of her age, to which Hughes stated "lots of girls around your age touch willies".

In other messages Hughes said he would show the girl how to and "if she lived nearer" would show her himself.

Ms Griffin said: "When she states that she doesn’t know if girls her age are allowed to know things about sex he states that he knows two girls who like to 'rub boys willies'."

Hughes added that afterwards "the boys buy them mackies and credit for fones".

Ms Griffin explained Hughes asked 'Lucy Lou' if she wanted a picture of him after which he sent a picture of his face and asked her to do the same.

The court heard there were 88 pages worth of screenshots in which Hughes had messaged what he thought was a schoolgirl.

Another member of the paedophile hunter group created an account as an adult female in an effort to get contact information but Hughes didn't respond to a message to meet up, after which a third member got in touch.

They pretended to be from an 'online safety group' and asked Hughes to meet them outside Birkenhead Police Station, which he did and after which he was arrested.

Ms Griffin said: "The daughter of the defendant's ex partner attended the police station on August 8, 2019, and handed over a number of electronic devices."

On a Dell hard drive officers found 61 indecent images of children, 54 of which were unique while others were duplicates. Hughes has no previous convictions.

Quentin Neal, defending, asked the judge to consider that Hughes had pleaded guilty at the first opportunity and that he has no previous convictions.

Mr Neal said: "In the pre sentence report he shows remorse."

The court heard he "was a taxi driver for 15 years" but has now lost his job and doesn't have contact with family members.

Mr Neal said: "He lost his home and since these offences was on the streets for a short period of time."

He told the court he suffers from mental health difficulties and Mr Neal added that there is a "prospect of rehabilitation". Mr Neal said: "I would ask your honour to hold back from an immediate custodial sentence."

Hughes, of Old Bidston Road, Birkenhead, admitted possessing 61 indecent images of children, making the images and attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.

Judge Gary Woodhall, sentencing, said: "You are 60 years of age, of previous good character. I have read the pre sentence report and letter from your daughter and medical notes. Through the probation officer you have accepted full responsibility for what you have done."

The judge said Hughes described himself as "disgusted" and "ashamed" for what he had done.

Judge Woodhall noted that since his arrest, which was almost two years ago, Hughes' 15 year relationship had come to an end. The judge said: "You have been denied contact with her adult children and denied contact with your son."

Judge Woodhall commented that Hughes had become homeless and now lives in a bedsit but is engaging with a key worker and is taking medication for mental health problems.

The judge said in this case there can be "no harm" in accordance with guidelines because "your victim was a fictional decoy".

Judge Woodhall explained Hughes would be given a reduction of one third on his sentence for his prompt guilty plea and took into account the current conditions in prisons as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Suspending the sentence the judge said: "There is here a realistic prospect of rehabilitation."

The judge said he concluded the public is "best protected in the long term moving forward by the imposition of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order" as well as work with the probation service.

Hughes was given a 10 month sentence suspended for two years and was ordered to complete 40 Rehabilitation Activity Requirements and 150 hours of unpaid work.

He was ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years and comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for seven years.

Paedophile Ex-Teacher Abused Girl, 14, After ‘Marrying’ Her Over the Phone

By Alex Glenn, EuroWeeklyNews
-25 March 2021 @ 07:030

I expect no-one is surprised that the pedophile groomer in this case is a Pakistani Muslim.

Former teacher
Mazhar Hussain, aged 38 from Stechford in Birmingham was able to trick a young teenager into believing that she had legitimately married him during a ceremony over the phone. The former teacher had started by showering the girl with gifts for her birthday and between April and May 2018 had given her a phone and jewelry.

After the sham marriage which the teen believed to be for real he went on to call the child his ‘wife’. The teen had believed that she was legally married until she revealed the secret to a family friend and was quickly advised to talk to the police as something was very wrong.

Police soon arrested the ex-teacher and during the investigation they were able to establish that sexual activity had taken place between Hussain and the young girl. They also discovered over 2,000 messages on his phone that had been sent between the pair, and many of the messages were explicit.

Hussain admitted to four counts of sexual activity with a child under 16, and he has been sentenced to jail for a period of three years and three months.

Detective Constable Dave Cooper spoke after the case and commended the victim for her bravery. He said, ‘We must commend this girl for having the courage to tell us about what was happening to her.

‘We were able to support her with specially trained officers as the case progressed and her evidence proved crucial in ensuring Hussain has now been jailed.

‘We also hope that this sentencing will encourage other youngsters who may be being groomed to be brave enough to come forward and let us help and support them too.’

Five alleged child sex offenders have been arrested in South Australia in the past week in a crackdown on the crime. Raids were carried out in Adelaide’s northern and southern suburbs by the Australian Federal Police and South Australia Police.

The accused offenders have been charged with child exploitation offences, including a 39-year-old man who thought he was talking to an underage girl but was actually talking to a police officer.

Two of the five men were arrested after a tip-off from the United States.

AFP Detective Superintendent Gail McClure said police would continue to pursue “those who view or trade abusive videos and photographs”.

“The perverse demand for this abhorrent content fuels the physical abuse of children,” she said.

The five men range in age from 27 to 43 years old.

One has already faced court and the other four will in the coming weeks.

Ninety-two suspected child sex offenders were arrested in South Australia last year, up from 60 a year before.

Authorities say that’s indicative of an increased demand for perverse child abuse material.

“The impact of the COVID lockdowns has contributed to this increase, principally because both offenders and children have been spending more time at home and therefore more time online,” McLure said.

Sammy Woodhouse exposed the Rotherham child sex abuse ring when she told her story to the Times in 2013

Rotherham sex abuse victim Sammy Woodhouse is to feature in a new true crime documentary being fronted by Denise Welch.

The actress will present Survivors on the Crime+Investigation channel.

It will air on April 19 and explores what it means to live with the trauma of enduring and surviving horrific crimes and the incredible effort and courage required to rebuild a life in the aftermath.

At the heart of each episode is the story of someone who has been forced to confront unimaginable horror and yet has lived to tell the tale.

With crimes ranging from a vicious and unprovoked stabbing by a stranger, and a diabolical acid attack, to the victims of a three-hour filmed torture session, domestic violence, and a 13-year reign of terror and abuse.

Sammy Woodhouse will be one of the first stories to be featured in the new documentary.

She took to Twitter to announce the news on Wednesday: "I can now announce that I have agreed to take part In a one hour documentary about my life to raise awareness on grooming, sexual and criminal exploitation.

The 35-year-old was a victim of the Rotherham child sexual exploitation scandal.

Denise Welch

When she was 14, she was groomed by the 24-year-old gang leader Arshid Hussain. They started having sex a month after they met and he subsequently raped, attacked and beat Woodhouse to a pulp on a daily basis.

Hussain was jailed for 35 years in 2016. One of dozens of Pakistani Muslims now in prison for very similar offences.

Exploring each case, Denise meets up with Sammy Woodhouse, Bethany Marchant, Christopher Spry, Kayleigh White, Adele Bellis and Tony Hannington to find out what was going through their minds at every stage of the crime, how they found the inner strength to survive and face their attackers in court, and how the devastating turn of events irrevocably altered their lives.

Every episode features interviews with friends and family of the survivors, and a criminal barrister's expert commentary, to provide a full 360-degree perspective on the atrocious attack suffered by each person.

Commenting on the show, Denise, currently on screen as Trish in Hollyoaks, said: "Throughout the series, there are significant stories to tell, as often forgotten victims can get across the painful and lasting effects of the awful crimes they were subjected to.

"I'm really proud to be part of this series and can't wait for it to land on viewers' screens."

The first episode of Survivors with Denise Welch airs at 9pm on Monday, April 19, on the Crime+Investigation channel.

So proud of you Sammy! I suspect you don't always feel it, but you are an amazingly strong young woman. God bless you!

Crewe Alexandra chairman resigns in wake of football
child sex abuse report

Long-serving Crewe Alexandra chairman John Bowler has resigned in the wake of a major report into historical child abuse in football.

The South Cheshire club was criticised by Clive Sheldon QC in an FA commissioned report for the way it handled reports of abuse by its former coach Barry Bennell.

Bennell, a youth coach and youth scout at Crewe between January 1985 and September 1989, and August 1990 to January 1992, is serving 31 year prison sentence for 50 counts of child abuse against 12 boys aged eight to 15 between 1979 and 1991. Judge Clement Goldstone described Bennell as the 'devil incarnate'. He was sentenced to a further four years behind bars last year.

The Sheldon review concluded that three Crewe directors discussed concerns about Bennell which hinted at a sexual interest in children.

The review states: “Based on all of the evidence received by the Review, however, I consider it likely that three Directors of the Club discussed concerns about Bennell which hinted at his sexual interest in children.

“As a result of these concerns, the club’s then chairman sought further information about Bennell from Manchester City, and was told by a senior police officer to keep a “watching brief” on the situation. There is no evidence that the chairman did so.”

Mr Bowler released a statement today saying he had always intended to step down from the club once the Sheldon review was published.

He said: "As the only person left with an association to that era, I truly believe it was important for me to see it through to conclusion.

“I am satisfied with the findings of the review that found that the club did not have any knowledge of Barry Bennell’s heinous crimes.

Hmmm. Is that what it said?

“I will always be deeply appalled and sorry that those young players and their families suffered at the hands of this evil predator.

“I personally and sincerely apologise to them all for their suffering. Crewe Alexandra is a community-based club with good people. I apologise to all our supporters that the name of the club has been tarnished.

“I have worked on the formation of a new board and know they will do all they can to move the club forward.”

Mr Bowler joined the Crewe Alexandra board in 1980 and has served as the club's chairman since 1987.

Vile stash of abuse images were on laptop and Samsung tablet
