New York State Man Arrested for child Sex Abuse

ROTTERDAM, New York — A Rotterdam man was arrested Saturday on charges of child sex abuse, according to a news release from the Rotterdam Police Department.


John H. Crogan, 35, faces one felony charge of sexual abuse and one misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a minor, for having sexual contact with a child under the age of 11, police said.


He was arraigned and held in the custody of the Schenectady County Sheriff's Office, police said.
